Each item in our shop is carefully handmade just for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear. 

That said your happiness with your order matters deeply to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected please reach out ot us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right -whether that means a replacement or another solution.
